Anime Tanaka-kun wa Itsumo Kedaruge has a lot of comments that this is a pretty boring anime. Personally, I don’t agree. This anime is about Tanaka, a “listless” Tanaka and that’s it – what do you expect?
Watching his efforts to complete daily tasks with minimal effort is very enjoyable for me, and if you like that, this program is for you. A light and simple comedy anime can help you relax after a tiring day, but not everyone is suitable.

Detailed review
Overview
Despite being a regular school anime, they managed to come up with a unique concept, albeit a slightly odd one.
Every culture has weird things that they seem reverent about that others would mistake, but is there/or was there ever a time when the Japanese (always hard-working and disciplined) looked at lazy people typical and normal lazy?
Because it will appear that way in this series, because Tanaka’s listlessness is written as if it were an admirable trait.
This series takes place quite similar to many other normal school anime. Take a main character (Tanaka) with something unique about them, which is evident in the anime’s title, and place them in situations where their quirks add color to the story. .
And what makes this show so interesting is that the specificity is almost nonexistent, as the main characters are often too tired to do anything – everything just happens naturally, in a delightfully simple way.
The scenarios chosen are also common for school shows, love, conformity and cultural festivals but are interesting in such a plot.
Character Rating

As noted above, the concept for Tanaka is quite unique, a guy who is so tired/lazy that he will actually use more energy trying to figure out how to do less work, like such as jumping through the air in the raindrops instead of opening an umbrella.
In most situations, someone like Tanaka in real life would be a character that annoys you with laziness and denial of work, but here Tanaka is calm and even funny. , also the way he works or thinks without a hint of hypocrisy so it’s hard to hate him, it seems that’s his natural personality.
Besides Tanaka, it is impossible not to mention the real star – Oota, he is the one who made the story for the part of the sleeping Tanaka, and above all, carries Tanaka everywhere.
He cares about his friends, is unforgiving of mistakes, and is the one to lead the series along, as Tanaka is often too busy at the table to do anything.
The other characters, while likable, are not very original. You have two goofy classmates, Shimura and Kato, the crazy and belligerent tomboy is actually a good person in Echizen, for the girl who seems younger than everyone else and is hyperactive, we are assigned Miyano. ,
and of course there’s the full opposite sister, which we get for both of our male leads. Each helped fill the huge void left by having a virtually non-existent lead, although it would be nice to see some people have more movie time than those who did.
The most recommended supporting character in the series is Shiraishi, a smart and popular girl who ends up being attracted to Tanaka, as he can recognize her when she doesn’t have all the make-up on to look her best. pretty,
though if she knew his reasons she would probably change her mind. She adds a not so typical version of the plot – “chasing love”, does a good job of bringing some elements of humor and cuteness into the series.
Other factors
The character images depicted are interesting, although they are often inconsistent. You’ll like the simpler look of the characters, as it follows the show’s lazy/minimalist concept (though by no means any animation is lazy.)
The wise scene makes you say that they do a job as good as any other funny anime series. They created large spaces, such as schools, but also included very detailed scenes such as classrooms, shops, etc.
The color palette used for the anime was also carefully considered, which is a The pastel-colored look is quite warm, feeding into the story by giving everything a comfortingly calming feel.
The anime that really catches your eye is in episode four when they walk into the school’s copy room and the look of the wooden floor just pops up.
Seiyuu for Tanaka did a great job of conveying his indifference, speaking in a soft and slow voice that just so you can tell exactly what the character is going through. The theme song also really fits the series, and isn’t necessarily a bad choice.
The opening is reminiscent of the music you heard in the late 90s, early 2000 rom-com, sweet and happy, fitting for the genre, just not this show. Likewise, Ending is cute and typical for anime, and I guess it’s the live piece to wake you up between episodes.
Anime Tanaka-kun wa Itsumo Kedaruge is worth watching?

If you’re looking for a plot-heavy movie then Tanaka-kun wa Itsumo Kedaruge isn’t your best choice but it really is a great anime. The characters are lovable and unique and they connect very well with each other.
It’s funny and a lot of scenes can really bring you joy. Although not too funny or exaggerated jokes but just funny situations with Tanaka’s character.
The way they present the story and the sound of the anime is very relaxing for the viewers although it might make some of you a bit bored even if it’s an entertaining scene. This anime really isn’t for everyone, but it’s attractive enough for you to try.
